The AI Test GPT website, the services provided in connection therewith (the “Services”), and software available for download from AI Test GPT (the “Software”) are owned, operated, and/or maintained by AI Test GPT ("we," "our," or "us"). By using, accessing, or paying for use of the site, Services, or Software, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”). “You” means any individual accessing the Services or any parent, guardian, or other responsible party paying for access on behalf of a minor user. If you enable a minor to access the Services, you agree to stand in their place for indemnification purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications become effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the site, Services, and/or Software signifies your agreement to any updated Terms.
AI Test GPT connects users with Tutors who provide live, one-on-one instruction, tutoring, and other educational services through our proprietary online classrooms. The Services are available 360 days a year (361 during leap years) and are closed on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, from 2:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. the next day (all times Eastern). Maintenance periods may also impact availability.
You are solely responsible for any service fees, telephony charges, or equipment costs needed to access the Services.
As part of the Services, all Tutors undergo a third-party verification process that includes credential and background checks. However, we do not control or endorse this Verification Service, nor do we guarantee its accuracy.
To use our Services, you must register and pay applicable fees. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account. By registering, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data outside your home country, including the United States, if applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities associated with your account. If you permit a minor to use your account, we reserve the right to share access details with the minor’s guardians or authorized representatives as necessary, excluding credit card information.
Any materials you upload, transmit, or communicate to us, the Tutors, or the Services (collectively, “User Content”) are non-confidential and may be used by us for quality control, development, and marketing. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and transmit the User Content. You represent that you have the legal right to upload any copyrighted academic material.
We reserve the right to record Tutoring Sessions for quality control and review purposes. You acknowledge that these recordings are our property. Furthermore, we reserve the right to monitor and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The Software, the technology underlying the Services, and all other materials available in connection with the site (collectively, “Company Content”) are proprietary works protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Company Content or the Services without our written approval.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Company Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you retain all proprietary notices and do not modify the content.
You agree to protect Company Content as proprietary information and prevent its unauthorized use or disclosure. You will not disclose Proprietary Information to any unauthorized individuals, and any breach may result in legal action.
AI Test GPT may provide links to third-party sites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for content, products, or services available on these third-party sites.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing illegal content, impersonating others, and disrupting the Services. You also agree not to solicit Tutors for employment unrelated to the Services. Violating these terms or using unauthorized access methods may result in penalties, including financial liability and suspension of Services.
THE SITE, COMPANY CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. AI TEST GPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify AI Test GPT, its affiliates, employees, and agents against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The trademarks displayed on the site are protected by trademark laws. You may not use these trademarks without written permission from AI Test GPT or the respective owners.
If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed, please contact our Copyright Agent at hello@aitestgpt.com.
You agree to comply with all applicable local laws, including export control regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Services. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
AI Test GPT may terminate these Terms or your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to delete any downloaded content and cease using the Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Test GPT. All provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnification, and limitations of liability will survive termination of these Terms.
By purchasing any Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscription fees are billed monthly and will renew automatically unless canceled. AI Test GPT reserves the right to modify pricing, and additional terms may apply to specific purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with a Tutoring Session, contact us at hello@aitestgpt.com for assistance. If deemed unsatisfactory, we may credit session time to your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are subject to the terms of your plan and may be prorated based on usage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with venue in New York.
